There shall be at least three (03) Sessional Examination during each academic year. The highest aggregate of any two performances shall be taken for calculating average of Sessional Marks. The average obtained by the candidate in the Sessional Exams will be carried over in final Exams.

The Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course shall be for two academic years, with each academic year spread over a period of not less than 180 working days. In addition to these 500 hours practical training spread over a period of not less than 03 month is compulsory.

Course of study:
The course of study for Diploma in Pharmacy Part –I and Diploma in Pharmacy Part-II shall include the subjects as given in the Tables I & II below. The number of hours devoted to each subject for its teaching in theory & Practical shall not be less than that noted against it in columns 2 & 3 of the Tables Below.

The Attendance:
Student attending 80% of the lecture as well as practical are allowed appearing for MSBTE examinations as per the instruction given by MSBTE, Mumbai. Students below 80% attendance will not be allowed to appear for annual exam, as per instruction given MSBTE, Mumbai.

The standard of passing and ATKT:
To pass an examination, candidate must obtain 40% marks in each head of the subject (Theory & Practical). Candidate failing into two subjects can be allowed for second year on basis of ATKT.

The college Fees:
The fees structure of college will be notified on official web site of S.D.Patil Institute of Pharmacy (Diploma), Urun-Islampur on notice board of college. It is subject which is approved by “Shikhan Shulk Samiti”

Rules for College:
Student should be regular & punctual in attending classes, tutorial & submission of term work in various subjects. Term shall not be granted & student shall not be certified for examination of his progress, conduct attendance is not satisfactory.
80% attendance in theory & practical is compulsory. Failure to comply with this, the term shall be detained.
Students must ware Apron of prescribed pattern while working in laboratories. Metallic name plate must be displayed on the Aprons.
Smoking dirking alcohols & use of drugs strictly prohibited in premises of college
Raging of students in any form while in or out the college is strictly prohibited
Every students shall carry his/her identity card provide by the college & should submit whenever demanded by the authority
Students are expected to read the notices put on notice board of the college.
The college shall not accept any responsibility for loss due to the student failure to read the notice in time.
Use of Mobile Phone in college premises strictly prohibited.
